6. Payment Terms

- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
- We reserve the right to pause work on projects where invoices are overdue by more than 14 days
- Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Tunnel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
